As a Portfolio Management Expert, you'll help shape the Technology portfolio by partnering with business and technology teams, driving demand management, portfolio governance, and strategic decision-making to deliver initiatives that create business value.

 

What You’ll do:

·       Partner with business and technology teams to capture, prioritize, and coordinate new initiatives across the organization.

·       Support the end-to-end Technology Demand Management process, ensuring requests are well documented, aligned with business needs, and ready for execution.

·       Maintain and monitor the technology project portfolio, keeping demand pipelines, project status, and governance documentation up to date.

·       Prepare insightful portfolio reports, dashboards, and presentations that support decision-making and strategic planning.

·       Coordinate Technology Steering Committee meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up on key decisions and action items.

·       Work closely with Product, Technology, and business stakeholders to ensure initiatives are prioritized based on business value, strategic objectives, and delivery capacity.

·       Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across the project portfolio, helping teams stay aligned and informed.

·       Contribute to the continuous improvement of demand management, portfolio governance, reporting processes, and JIRA workflows.

·       Support project governance activities by ensuring compliance with internal standards, policies, and best practices.

·       Collaborate with project managers, architects, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive transparency, communication, and successful delivery.

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

·       Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or a related field.

·       3+ years of experience in Technology, Business Analysis, Project Coordination, Portfolio Management, or a similar role.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

·       Good understanding of Technology Demand Management, project governance, and portfolio management processes.

·       Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.

·       Familiarity with Jira and Confluence.

·       Good understanding of ITSM and ITIL principles is considered an advantage.

·       Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

·       Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
