What You’ll do:
- Good knowledge of IFRS reporting requirements (Individual financial statements, FINREP);
- Good knowledge of prudential NBR reporting would be a plus;
- Maintains the financial reporting process efficiently;
- Technical support with the aim to increase the automation of the financial reports;
- Monitors the activity and proposes measures to improve the performance of the financial reporting process;
- Participates in the new projects and assumes the tasks allocated within these projects;
- Develops new ad-hoc reports;
- Issues recommendations that aim to improve and develop the quality of the reporting process and data analysis;
- Offers support for other departments by offering specific data/ info;
- Involved in the yearly audit process.
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance;
- At least 4 years of experience in Finance or external audit (working in a Big 4 would be a plus);
- Familiar with IFRS standards applicable to Financial Institutions;
- Very good analyst of P&L and Balance Sheet items;
- Good command of MS Excel (have the ability to compute large volume of data), Word, Power point and Outlook;
- Advanced in English;
- High attention to details and accuracy;
- Excellent organizational skills: general organizing, planning, time management, scheduling, coordinating resources and meeting deadlines;
- Good interpersonal skills, open and with initiative;
- Good communication skills .
