Do you want to play a key role in our unique success story? If so, we’re looking for a Business Analyst to join us on the journey to success.


What You’ll do:

· Interact with business lines to clarify business requirements

· Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions/recommendations

· Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment

· Transform business requirements into software specifications

· Participate in the solution design, support development and testing

· Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes

· Provide post-implementation support during stabilization for business owners

· Provide functional and gap analysis in new provider acquisition (RfPs)

· Have a structured, analytical thinking and come up with new innovative ideas

· Is familiar with application server, integration, and database technologies

· Has experience on working on large projects as well as regular changes

· Has experience with banking software specifics (administration, processes, products)

· Has good presentation skills

· Is focused on finding solutions

· Can easily and clearly communicate wit the project manager, internal and external stakeholders, and developers

· Up to date with latest processes and IT advancements in the banking industry

· Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility

· Is a team player and energetic person, with desire to learn and progress

· Capability of individual work and autonomy

· Ability to learn new technologies quickly and easily.

· The fulfillment of the set individual goals. It is employee’s responsibility to work with their direct manager and understand the goals or/and KPIs

· Qualitative and on time implementation and reporting of the assigned tasks.

· To observe the regulatory requirements and the supervisory requirements of the BNB and of the existing internal acts of the Employer, incl. the requirements of respect for banking secrecy, personal data protection, labour discipline, health and safety at work, access control, fire safety, etc.

· The employee needs to perform duties & requests assigned by the direct manager, within their direct area of responsibility.


Job requirements

What you'll need to succeed :

· Bachelor’s Degree.

· Computer literacy: Visio or similar, Jira, Confluence.

· Minimum 2 years in business & system analysis on projects and regular changes.

· Previous experience within the financial services sector – nice to have.

· Previous experience with customer-facing digital projects.

· Qualifications: BA certification – nice to have.

· Fluency in both spoken and written English.

· Excellent communication and teamwork skills, stress-resistance, organizational skills, initiative.
