Ready to make an impact? We’re looking for a Procurement Specialist to play a key role in shaping our procurement strategy and driving business success.
Reporting line: Reports to the CFO.
Team: Part of the Procurement team (twin-team setup).
What You’ll do:
Lead end-to-end sourcing processes for complex categories, from demand planning to contract award;
Drive strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance;
Negotiate complex commercial agreements, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders across multiple business units and markets;
Act as a trusted advisor to the business on procurement strategies, policies, and best practices;
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of procurement frameworks;
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards;
Monitor supplier performance and support the development of long-term supplier partnerships.
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Proven experience in procurement, gained within a reputable organization;
Previous exposure to procurement in the financial services industry is considered an advantage;
Strong understanding of procurement best practices and sourcing methodologies;
Solid negotiation skills, with the ability to achieve favorable commercial outcomes;
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex sourcing projects end-to-end;
Hands-on experience in negotiating and managing complex commercial contracts;
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and international markets;
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
