What You’ll do:

·       Analyze company financial statements, including input of the  balance sheets, income statements accounts, cash flow statements, and management accounts.

·       Assess the creditworthiness of corporate clients by evaluating financial performance, business models, industry risks, and market conditions.

·       Perform ratio analysis, trend analysis, and cash flow forecasting.

·       Review loan applications and supporting documentation submitted by business customers.

·       Prepare detailed credit risk  assessment reports and detailed credit proposal with  recommendations for approval, renewal, amendment, or rejection of credit facilities.

·       Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify early warning signs of financial deterioration.

·       Support relationship managers and business development teams in structuring financing solutions.

·       Ensure compliance with internal credit policies, risk appetite frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

·       Participate in the meetings precursory to the credit committee  and present credit recommendations when required.

·       Maintain accurate customer credit files and documentation

Job requirements

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the banking field, with specialization in credit risk analysis of legal entities.

  • Advanced knowledge of financial analysis of legal entities based on balance sheet and interim financial statements and related operational statements (business plan, cash flow, guarantees)

  • Strong knowledge of the financial risk assessment of the companies in order to access credits, the relevant financial indicators and the related impact on lending decisions,

  • Very good ability to analyze and synthesize information

  • Experience in RE project financing is a strong plus

  • Organizational, planning and communication skills – you will constantly interact with colleagues from other departments.

  • Bachelor degree in Economic studies

  • Knowledge of English (medium/advanced level) – you will also work with documentation in English.

  • Proficient in MS Office
