What You’ll do:
Manage operational activities throughout the debit card lifecycle, including card issuance, delivery, activation, renewal, replacement, maintenance, and closure.
Handle operational processes related to credit limits associated with debit cards, including limit increases/decreases, transaction cancellations, refunds, statements, and installment-related activities.
Support card payment operations covering authorization, presentment, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, reporting, and refunds.
Contribute to the implementation and improvement of debit and credit card projects, such as installments, multicurrency solutions, and SCA.
Prepare business requirements, test scenarios, and actively participate in testing and UAT activities.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth implementation of card-related operational processes.
Support the continuous improvement and automation of operational processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
Job requirements
What you’ll need to succeed:
Relevant experience in Card Operations, particularly in card issuing and card lifecycle management.
Good knowledge of card payment schemes, regulations, and payment processing flows.
Hands-on experience with authorization, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, and card-related reporting.
Experience with operational processes related to credit limits and/or credit cards would be a strong advantage.
Previous involvement in card-related implementation projects, testing, and UAT activities.
Good understanding of PSD2/Open Banking requirements.
Experience or exposure to Mobile Banking, Digital Channels, and core banking system integrations is an advantage.
Exposure to Acquiring would be considered a plus.
Proactive and independent mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
Comfortable working in a project-driven and changing environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Good command of English.
